Lead Scientist - Data Analytics and Modelling

Chethana is a chemical engineer by training. During her PhD (Ecole Polytechnique Federal de Lausanne, Switzerland), she specialized on colloidal nanoparticle synthesis for renewable energy applications.

She started her industrial career at Roche where she built mechanistic modelling workflows for process development of small molecules. She joined Merck Serono in 2022 and has been leading the modelling strategies for bioprocess development and digital twins.

For the past 5 years, she has been working in pharmaceutical industry to drive predictive modelling techniques for process development and manufacturing.
